When It’s Time To Fall Apart

Sometimes the real beauty within our lives can only be revealed when we start to let go and let things fall apart. False notions of perfection keep us hanging on to unrealistic and outdated expectations of ourselves.

Learn to start letting go. Embrace decay and disintegration. Then see the essence of yourself that’s left. This is the core. Your authentic self.

well, I’m there, then, the falling apart thing. Disintegration, dismemberment … heavy brutal words but NOT that way, experiencing them — it’s just relief, it’s just a slow easy crumbling, or something heavy on top that tumbles and topples to the mossy earth of me, within … and I feel lightened.
